Painting the exterior and interior of our new home.

This was the horrible brown color of our home when we purchased it 2 years ago.  The ginger bread house appearance is from the countless cases of caulk needed to seal up the wood.  It was not easy to find a painting contractor that was willing to scale the heights of the walls.  We hired Brian of www.championpaintingofjax.com

The house was first washed to remove the dirt and grim from over 20 years.  The entire house was painted over the course of a few days.  My neighbors reported that Champion Painting had a great system of spraying and then rolling the paint.  I lost count of how many gallons of paint we used, but it was well over 75 gallons.

The neighbors seemed to love the new color of our home.  In fact, many neighbors stopped us to thank us for the major improvement!  Again, thank you to Brian.  His  awesome work made it easy to ask him to repaint the inside of our home. I will highlight this project in another blog!
